By accessing our Platform, booking a rental, scheduling a fitting, making payment, or otherwise availing of Rentarela’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform or Rentarela’s services.
Rentarela reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply only moving forward. Any booking already confirmed prior to such revision shall continue to be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of booking.
In these Terms, the words “you,” “your,” and “Client” refer to the person accessing the Platform and/or availing of Rentarela’s services.
The words “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Rentarela” refer to Rentarela and its team.

Rentarela Rental Terms — Important Reminders
Welcome to Rentarela. By booking, paying, scheduling a fitting, picking up, or receiving an item from us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been made and proof of payment is submitted, if required.

All bookings are subject to item availability and final confirmation by Rentarela.

Once paid, bookings are generally non-refundable.
2. Fittings
-
Fittings are by appointment only and subject to availability.

While we may provide sizing guidance, Rentarela does not guarantee a perfect fit, as fit may vary depending on body shape, garment style, and fabric.
3. Rental Period

The rental period starts on the agreed pick-up or delivery date and ends on the agreed return date.

Extensions are not guaranteed and must be approved by Rentarela in writing.
4. Delivery, Pick-Up, and Return
-
Shipping, courier, pick-up, and return costs are the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise.

Clients must provide accurate contact details, address, event date, and return information.

Once the item is released to the client, representative, or courier, the client becomes responsible for the item.
5. Item Condition and Care

All items remain the property of Rentarela.

Items must be handled with care and returned in the same condition, except for normal wear.

Clients must not wash, alter, repair, dye, iron, or permanently pin the item unless allowed by Rentarela.

The client is responsible for any loss, theft, major damage, stains, missing parts, odor damage, or irreparable damage.
6. Damage, Loss, or Missing Items

Returned items will be inspected by Rentarela.

Additional charges may apply for cleaning, repair, missing inclusions, damage, or replacement.

If an item is lost, not returned, or badly damaged, the client may be charged the full replacement or fair market value.
7. Fees and Charges
Additional fees may apply in the following cases:

Late return fee: PHP 200 for the first day late. Additional daily fees may apply for succeeding late days, depending on the item.

Rush or early pick-up requests: Additional fees may apply, subject to Rentarela’s approval and availability.

Fitting fees: Fees may apply for special fittings, private sessions, home service fittings, premium sessions, overtime, or no-show appointments.

Cleaning, repair, or damage fees: Charges may apply for excessive stains, odor, damage, tears, burns, missing parts, or damage beyond normal wear.

Lost, unreturned, or irreparably damaged items: The client may be charged the full replacement value or fair market value of the item.
-
Courier, delivery, pick-up, and return costs: These are shouldered by the client unless Rentarela states otherwise.
8. Issues Upon Receipt

If you receive the wrong item or notice a major defect, please inform Rentarela immediately, preferably within 1 hour of receiving or picking up the item.

Photo or video proof may be required.

If the issue is confirmed, Rentarela may offer an exchange, reschedule, store credit, or another suitable remedy.
9. Late Returns

Items must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time.
-
Late returns may result in late fees and may affect other clients’ bookings.

If the item is not returned after the allowed period, it may be considered lost, and replacement charges may apply.
10. Cancellation, Exchange, and Rescheduling

Payments are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

Rentarela may allow an exchange, rescheduling, or store credit at its discretion, depending on availability, timing, item condition, and booking status.
11. Client Responsibilities
By renting from Rentarela, you agree to:

Provide complete and accurate information.

Use the item only for its intended purpose.
-
Keep the item safe and protected.
-
Not lend, sell, sub-rent, or transfer the item to others.
-
Return the item on time with all inclusions such as garment bags, hangers, straps, detachable parts, and accessories.
Acknowledgment
By proceeding with your booking, payment, fitting, pick-up, delivery, or rental order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these rental terms.
